Everything is fantastic! I think it is the most beautiful building in Karpathos, brand new, modern, welcoming! I thought the photos were fake, but in reality it is even more beautiful. The location is strategic, very close to Pigadia (3 minutes by car) but at the same time secluded and quiet. Very kind staff.

The hosts and staff were incredibly friendly. Among other things, we were allowed to check in early. The location and facilities of the resort are extremely beautiful!

This place is a dream to stay. Amazing views and Villas. Matina is the best host you could wish for and is super helpful and friendly. Will be returning for our next Greece holiday.

If you want an affordable yet luxurious relaxing stay, this is your place. Karpathos is a hidden gem. Extremely clean, daily cleaning, beautiful view, quiet, relaxing, safe, away from Pigadia. The place was amazing, like a real getaway. Free laundry, we could have stayed for a month.

We had a fantastic stay at ISTIA Luxury Villas. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained and very comfortable. The view was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more special. Highly recommended — we would definitely return!

The Ancient Sacred Istia motivated me to search for the history of the island. Karpathos according to Homer or Tetrapolis or Anemoessa or Scarpanto according to the Latins and the Francolevantines is the island where the myths of Proteus, Athena and Prometheus meet the history of the Minoans, the Athenians, the Rhodians and many conquerors from modern history.

I do not know exactly what everyone has in mind regarding the holidays. Whatever it is, ISTIA LUXURY VILLAS covers it 100%! Unique location, great views, excellent aesthetics, crystal clear services, incredible peace and quiet, very friendly mood, many options for various activities, very close to all the hot spots of the island and a constant feeling that “this-is-that-always- I was asking to live on a Greek island!

Karpathos was not one of my first choices to visit. To be honest, it never crossed my mind that I would ever visit her.
